The new professional fryer Metos CORE SMART 200TLP is efficient and has bespoke control system for your specific cooking needs. Special attention has been paid to ergonomics. Handle at the front and castors make it easy to move. Fryer has 6 adjustable programmes and oil filtration pump. Additionally automatic basket lift and ECO feature to reduce energy consuption.

The unit has removable electric connection box in cartridge format. This facilitates after-sales service. New filtration system prolongs oil quality and maximum insulation is efficient without energy loss. Integrated Sicotronic interface for energy optimization increases energy efficiency. Heating element pivots upwards, with easy access for cleaning. All models are fitted with castors that can be adjusted in height from 850 to 900mm. This model has adjustable feet on front to avoid tipping over.
